What Every Candidate Needs to Know

The next civic election will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 where eligible voters will be voting for one (1) Mayor and six (6) Councillors as well as one (1) School Trustee for a four year term.  Please check back as more information will become available closer to the 2018 election.

Leading up to the election, notices will be posted in the Morning Star newspaper and updated on the District’s website.

Nomination packages will be available online and for pick up from the District office on July 27, 2018.  An information session for prospective candidates will be held at the Municipal Hall on August 29, 2018 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Applications to work at the election will be available at the Municipal Hall, 9901 Kalamalka Road, and on the District’s website at www.coldstream.ca at the beginning of August.
