Third reading of Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1765, 2020 is scheduled for 6:00 pm on Monday, January 11, 2021 at the District of Coldstream Municipal Office.  At that meeting, Council will consider any comments, both written and from those registered to present comments through electronic meeting software. Please review the 'Notice of Public Hearing' for more information on how you can provide your input.

Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1765, 2020 is a bylaw under consideration by District of Coldstream Council.  The purpose of the Bylaw is to create a new zone, Residential Single Unit Carriage House (R1c), for inclusion into the Districts’ Zoning Bylaw, and to rezone a portion of this  property from Residential Single Unit (R1) to R1c. The proposed R1c Zone will allow for carriage houses and detached secondary sweets.
