Third reading of Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1768, 2020 is scheduled for 6:00 pm on Monday, January 11, 2021 at the District of Coldstream Municipal Office. At that meeting, Council will consider any comments, both written and from those registered to present comments through electronic meeting software. Zoning Amendment Bylaw 1768, 2020 is a bylaw under consideration by District of Coldstream Council. The purpose of the Bylaw is to create a new zone, Residential Small Lot Single Unit Two Zone (R1-D), for inclusion into the Districts’ Zoning Bylaw and to rezone a portion of this property from Residential Single Unit (R1) to R1-D. The new R1-D Zone will allow for smaller lots.
