Purpose: The District of Coldstream has proposed an Official Community Plan Amendment and a Zoning Bylaw Amendment to establish parameters around the construction of secondary dwellings on certain properties in the Rural Two Zone (RU-ALR), including:

- Establishment of a Development Permit to establish construction guidelines for secondary dwellings in the RU-ALR.
Status: Bylaw No. 1830 & 1829 have both received first and second reading on July 24, 2023, with a Public Hearing scheduled for August 14, 2023.
