Notice is hereby given in accordance with Section 124(3) of the Community Charter, that the District of Coldstream Council will consider proposed Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 1836, 2024, Amendment No. 2 to amend Coldstream Council Procedure Bylaw No. 1742, 2019 by:
- expanding the ability of Council members to participate electronically at Council, Committee and other meetings; and
- scheduling two Council meetings per year in Lavington.
Council will consider adoption of Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 1836, 2024, Amendment No. 2 at the February 12, 2024 Council Meeting, being held at 6:00 pm in the Coldstream Municipal Hall. The meeting is open for public in person or electronic attendance.
Copies of the proposed Bylaw may be inspected on the website www.coldstream.ca or at the District of Coldstream Municipal Hall from February 1, 2024 through February 12, 2024, between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
