• How to Register for Online Account Access

  Register for Your Online Account

  When you register, you will receive an auto-generated email from 'do-not-reply@coldstream.ca' with the subject: 'Activate your ONLINE SERVICES account with District of Coldstream'.  These emails are often identified as “junk” or “spam”.  You will need to check your “junk mail” folder if this happens.

  Once you are registered, you can login to your newly created account. 

  Once you are logged add your utility and/or property tax account. 

  You will need the:

  1. utility account number, or
  2. property tax roll number, and
  3. access code found on a past bill.

• Property Tax Account Features

  There is no option to go paperless for property tax
